Why String?

In 1999, the publication of Brian Greene’s book, The Elegant Universe, brought the concept of Superstring Theory – a potential theory of everything, the ultimate unifying theory and Holy Grail of physics – to the layman.

The concept centres about the notion that all matter and antimatter in the universe is comprised of microscopically small strings, whose respective vibrations are the cause of all the forces that govern universal law, much as the vibrations on a cello string dictate the nature of particular sounds.

The author describes this phenomenon as a being akin to a “cosmic orchestra”.

One of the implications of Superstring Theory is that physical reality is in fact made up of numerous hidden, curled up dimensions, which support the whole: everything as we know it.

String Media, as a company, aims to collectively support each respective dimension of which the company is comprised.
